Ardmore Neighborhood Association Annual Meeting 2010

This Tuesday, October the 12th at 7 PM
Ardmore Methodist Church

All are invited to the Annual Meeting of the Ardmore Association.

This year’s program will be poster presentations including:
• An opportunity to sign a petition for continuing post office services as we have confirmation that Miller Street Post Office will be closed by December and not replaced;
• The Winston Salem streets/sewer department to explain the process for repairing our sewer system, with representatives on hand to answer questions and address concerns;
• WFUBMC facilities management to present the overall facilities plan. The specific designs have not been developed; this is an opportunity to share ideas that would benefit Ardmore as well as the Medical Center.
• The final Cloverdale Pedestrian plan, come vote for your priority intersection or strip of sidewalk, we have to start with one piece at a time!
• Twin City Baptist Church expansion.

The meeting will start at 7 PM with the annual board vote. While all are invited to the meeting only ANA resident members can vote regarding the board or any other items. (We will take a survey of none members for the Cloverdale project and pass that on to the city, non members are welcome to sign the Post office petition.)
