The Ardmore Neighborhood Association Board of Directors replaces its 7/18/01 resolution and its 9/5/01 clarification with the following:
1) The Ardmore Neighborhood Association reconfirms its long-standing opposition to the removal of residences for the expansion of institutional uses within Ardmore. Update on the Ardmore Moravian Church’s Variance Request
The Zoning Board of Adjustments will hear the variance request of Ardmore Moravian Church on Thursday, Feb. 5th, 2:00PM at City Hall South. The City staff is requesting a continuance of the case as they think there are problems with the current variance request based on history of a previous variance request.
